Seller Verification

Every seller can verify their account. This tool is optional. However, it is recommended, as verified sellers' profiles are more trusted by potential buyers. Verified profiles get the Verified Seller badge on every horse listing page and on the business page.
During the verification process, HORSES.SALE team reviews each profile manually. The service is paid: $95 for the verification. The verification is valid for 1 year.

Step 1. Click the Verification item in the sidebar menu of your seller's dashboard.

Step 2. Click the Start verification button.

Step 3. Fill out the verification form including:

• →Your business name
• →Your registration country
• →Your registration document (upload or just provide a registry link)
• →Your website or social media page

Additionally, you need to verify your contacts - phone and email - by typing the verification code you receive.

Step 4. Submit the form and complete the payment (Stripe payment processor)

Step 5. Wait up to 24 hours for our team to review the information you provided. We may contact you if some additional information is needed.

Once your account is verified, you'll receive an email notification. From that time, you will have the Verified Seller badge near your name on business listings and your business page.

The verification is valid for 1 year from the date of approval. After that, you'll need to re-verify to keep the badge.
